PSD files are the native file format of Adobe Photoshop. 
BandiView does support viewing image files in the PSD (PSB) format and convert them to other formats. but the functions work only for files which have the setting related to file compatibility enabled in Photoshop when they are saved.
If BandiView does not work correctly for some PSD files, open the them with Photoshop, enable "Maximize PSD and PSB File Compatibility" as shown in the screenshot below, save the files, and then try again.
